The receptionist upon arrival was excellent and very accommodation, my initial arrival was difficult as the road to the hotel was closed and the initial phone contact was not helpful due to language barriers but upon arrival the staff were excellent, professional and friendly and hel[pful

The very good location and extensive breakfast choice.. The beautiful designed building with marble and quality materials .. The staff were all great, especially the breakfast waiters. Our room had a lovely view of the port and Ferris wheel and a very good air-conditioning unit. A very well run hotel close to Olbia old town.

The hotel was is of an older Sardinian style and in an excellent location close to the archaeology museum. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. A good selection selection of breakfast foods. We found all the staff members to be extremely polite and helpful. The front desk personal were so helpful getting urgent medical attention for us.

Grand Hotel President was perfectly located at the heart of the beauty centre, the personnel were so much helpful, their reception of us was too friendly and they also were very much helpful with the guidance of the environment and restaurants.

The hotel has excelent location, very friendly staff. Another positive point for me was acceptance of dogs.
